Partidos antisistema y coaliciones de gobierno en 2017: un análisis comparado entre los Países Bajos y Noruega
Resumen
En 2017, los Países Bajos y Noruega celebraron elecciones parlamentarias. Estos países partieron de situaciones similares: un sistema electoral proporcional con presencia de magnitudes de distrito grandes; un sistema multipartidista presente a nivel competitivo y gubernamental; la existencia de partidos antisistema entre las principales fuerzas políticas; la formación de coaliciones de gobierno. A pesar de estas similitudes, difieren en un factor: en Noruega, el Partido del Progreso formó parte del gobierno de coalición, mientras que en los Países Bajos el PVV fue excluido de cualquier negociación. En este documento, ofrecemos un análisis de estos procesos basado en la teoría de coaliciones mínimas ganadoras conectadas.
